If a toucan decided to move to Estonia, it would have to dress pretty warm. Our woodpeckers would make good friends for this toucan; however, food would be trickier. Instead of munching on fruit, it would have to find something else to eat. Something local, such as potatoes or rye-bread. Well, if there were a toucan like that, one that is a bit touchy.
Touchy Toucan is a classical dry stout made moody by rye malt.
