What interesting drink is that? As the name suggests, we were inspired by Gin Tonic. However, not a drop of gin or tonic has been used here. It is a naturally fermented alcoholic beverage with a pile of different herbs. GT is Hard Seltzer, alcoholic drink, made by fermenting cane sugar.
GT is very light in colour, allmost watery. The herbs used for seasoning give a slight yellowish-green tinge. Head appears only briefly. Aroma is herbal, distinguished from juniper and citrus peel essential oils.
The taste is crisp and bitter. Juniper and sour-bitter first taste from quinine, with the addition of fresh basil and citrus.
GT is a thirst-quenching light-bodied refreshing drink, which suits perfectlhy as an aperitif.
We recommend consuming GT cold and serving it with plenty of ice and a juicy grapefruit slice.
First nose is freshly citrussy – lemon peel, lemongrass. Tropical fruits – passionfruit, mango, peach slightly in background.
First taste is rather acidic, refreshing, citrus peely. Juicy ripe fruits in middle taste. Characteristic Gose saltiness in long aftertaste.
Änd Vat Juu? Is light bodied, creamy textured summery refreshing thirst quencher. It suits perfectly as sauna beer, but worth trying aswell with salted salmon or with fresh oysters.
Bilberry Blues - a moment in the pure nature of Estonia, middle of the Bilberry forest and music
Strong saison, brewed with Estonian organic forest bilberries, is cloudy purpur coloured beer with nice
small pinkish head. First nose is really winey and fruity, freshly picked bilberries, backgrounded with earthy, herbal notes.
First taste is really fruity and juicy sweet bilberry explosion in mouth, balanced with spicy, peppery saison
notes. Dry, slightly tannic, bilberry seeds and stalks in aftertaste. Taste is nicely balanced and
backgrounded with alcoholy warmth.
Perfect to enjoy in Estonian dark autumn weather, Bilberry Blues reminds our warm summer. Works
really well with pork in a bilberry marinade, but aswell with nice cheeseplate.
What will you get when you mix Chili and Pilsner? Chilsner, of course. The classic crisp lager has been accompanied by a reasonably hot pepper. This results in a pleasantly refreshing and invigorating drink which is a perfect match for everything tasty and nice coming from the grill.
