Imperial Fruited Gose
Hazy pinkish-orange colored beer with off-white finger-thick head.
The aroma is tart and fresh. Cranberries, lingonberries and cloudberries, herbal and earthy, as if you were in a swampy forest.
The acidity of cranberries is already dominating the taste, with the sweet jam of blackberries in the background. The aftertaste is long and a pinch of salt is added to the fruitiness.
It is a pleasantly rich and creamy fruity sour beer, which brings to mind a summery swampy forest.
BogBogBog goes perfectly with various grilled fish dishes, as well as soft cheeses.
