“Rinse Water” is brewed in collaboration with Bad Pen Pal and Pudel bar.
Experience: Beige, sturdy and fluffy foam is covering dark brown, almost black beer. In the aroma sweet caramel and citrusy hops, black Tellicherry pepper, and spicy gingerbread.
The first sip fills your mouth with nice smooth beer that rotates through the kaleidoscope of flavors, that makes Cascadian Dark Ale so unique. The fresh, berry-like start will have additional flavors blending in - coffee, orange chocolate, hint of toasted bread.
Aftertaste is dominated by tingling peppercorn, that quickly makes friends with hop bitterness.
