Hefeweizen with lime
There have been lengthy discussions, and possibly occasional fistfights over the question of suitability of lime wedge added to a hefeweizen. To avoid an embarrassing situation, we added lime to the beer already in the brewery. Here it is, classic German hefeweizen with mountains of lime. If you like it that way, you can enjoy it, free of the burden of the decision, free of the guilt.
